ABOUT HERB "PINTO" -
HOW "PINTO" GOT HIS NICKNAME
As children, Herb's two older sisters longed for a pinto pony for Christmas.
When Herb was born six days before Christmas, their father told the girls "There's your Pinto".
To this day, Pinto doesn't think his sisters have forgiven him...

Although Herb doesn't find time to ride as much as he would like,
he can ride both Western and English, and in fact has even played Polo in his past.

HERB HAS A "SOFTER" SIDE
Herb knows his way around a kitchen, too!
Making great pies and cooking with a cast iron skillet and dutch oven,
like the cowboys did.
